Hun klanken resoneren op bijzondere wijze met de tentoonstelling. Pianist Jeroen Malaise reisde in 2022 door de Westelijke Jordaanoever en vertaalde die sonore reis naar het album West Bank Echoes. De Palestijnse udspeler Nizar Rohana verweeft met zijn trio Arabische en Midden-Oosterse muziektradities met invloeden uit jazz en westerse klassieke muziek.

Met dit benefietconcert vestigt MoMu de aandacht op HOPE Foundation, een organisatie die via artistieke projecten kinderen in conflictgebieden ondersteunt, onder meer in Gaza. De volledige opbrengst van de avond gaat integraal naar de HOPE Foundation.
